Athletic Department Important Parent Information
We are very excited to announce that South Western City Schools has partnered with Final Forms, an online forms and data management service. Final Forms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that Final Forms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! Final Forms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. Success Beyond the Classroom
The Success Beyond the Classroom (SBC) Foundation was created to raise and award scholarship monies to South-Western City School District (SWCSD) students to help offset the cost of participation fees (P2P) for athletics and marching band. Participation fees for middle school and high school athletics and marching band were instituted during the 2009-2010 school year. The fees are applied to each student, per activity, with a cap per family.
SBC's goal is to help SWCSD students in need of assistance with their participation fees by awarding as many scholarships as possible each season of each school year. SBC scholarships are awarded in varying amounts, which cover up to a maximum of 75% of the corresponding participation fee. Students can apply for an SBC scholarship by completing an application and returning it to their school's athletic director or mailing it directly to SBC before the established due dates indicated on the application.

Are you 55 years or older? Do you live in the South-Western City School District? If so, you are eligible for the Top 55 Club Card!
The Top 55 Club Card is free to SWCS residents 55 and older. As a member of the Top 55 Club, you can enjoy the following benefits:
Attend all regular season school-sponsored HOME athletic contests for free
Attend all school-sponsored plays and contests for free
Join any of the district's three community recreation centers for a reduced fee
Take 10% off of tuition on SWCS Adult Community Education Classes
